What materials do you use?

We source only the finest natural materials — solid oak, walnut, and ash from sustainably managed forests, premium leather from ethical tanneries, and organic cotton and linen from certified growers. Every material is chosen for beauty, durability, and environmental responsibility.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available. International orders arrive within 10-14 business days. All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us for a prepaid return label. Items must be in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Duties and taxes may apply.

How do I care for my products?

Each product comes with detailed care instructions. Generally, dust regularly with a soft cloth, avoid direct sunlight, and use coasters on wood surfaces. For leather, apply conditioner every 6-12 months.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — structural failures, finish defects, and hardware malfunctions under normal use. Does not cover misuse or normal wear.
